In partnership with Parchment and Instructure, Paisley assumes support and development of the school choice, lottery, and enrollment applications trusted by more than 70 districts and charter schools nationwide — with pricing, products, and people unchanged.
Paisley, the K-12 analytics and enrollment platform founded by original members of the Scribbles Software team, today announced that it has assumed responsibility for the Scribbles School Choice and enrollment applications — including ScribChoice and ScribEnroll — through a partnership with Parchment, an Instructure company. The agreement returns the platform to the team that originally designed, built, and supported it, and brings more than 70 school districts and charter schools onto Paisley’s growing platform.

Who We Are
Who is Paisley?
Paisley was founded in 2022 by the original founding members of the Scribbles team — the people who built the school choice, lottery, and enrollment applications that districts, charter networks, and school boards across the country have run their choice seasons on for years. Paisley exists for one reason: to give every district a choice and planning platform that families find effortless, staff find dependable, and cabinets and boards can make decisions with.
Today, Paisley operates a full platform for the school choice life cycle — from the first application a parent submits, through lottery night, seat offers and waitlists, enrollment, and the CTE and specialty program decisions that shape a district’s portfolio — paired with the analytics and scenario planning tools that turn operational data into decisions.

What is changing with ScribChoice and ScribEnroll?
Paisley has assumed responsibility for the Scribbles School Choice and Enrollment platforms, including ScribChoice and ScribEnroll. The transition brings the platforms back to many of the original team members who designed, built, and supported them from the beginning.
Why is this transition happening?
Through a partnership involving Parchment - part of Instructure, and Paisley, support and development of the school choice, lottery, and enrollment applications have transitioned to Paisley. The goal is to continue serving districts and charter schools while investing in the future of the platform.
Do I need to do anything because of this change?
No. There is nothing you need to do at this time. Paisley's immediate priority is making the transition as simple and seamless as possible for districts, staff, and families.
Will my district need to migrate to a new system?
No. There are no required migrations or changes to how you currently access and use the platform.
How do I contact support?
Right now, you will still go through you current support channels with Parchment. We will reaching out to you during this transition period to provide you with updates as to when you will switchover to deal directly with our support and client success teams. Will someone from Paisley contact our organization?
Yes. A Paisley team member with experience supporting and/or designing ScribChoice and ScribEnroll will contact you to discuss your current processes, upcoming enrollment needs, and any transition questions.
